This store is operated by SUNNY BOY, a small independent clothing label. Orders are packed and shipped from Paris, France. Contact: contactsunnyboy1@gmail.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Products are made in small runs. Colour, print placement and finishing can vary slightly from the photographs on the site.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the header and charged at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are never stored on this site. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Import duty in the destination country is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Dispatch times, shipping rates, the 14-day return window and the EU right of withdrawal are set out on the Shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, prints, photography and text on this site belong to SUNNY BOY and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Beyond those rights, liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
