What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of what you ordered. If you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never seen or stored by this site.
Why we use it
Your data is used to take payment, ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, handle returns, and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep.
Who we share it with
Order data is shared only with the services needed to fulfil it: Stripe for payment processing, La Poste / Colissimo for delivery, and our email provider for order notifications. It is never sold or used for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you ask for the account to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and data to be deleted by emailing contactsunnyboy1@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
